Source prospective venues, and agree a timetable and budgets.

Delegate Management

We can coordinate registrations, contact non-respondents to generate a high attendance, forward joining instructions and generally manage all aspects of the delegate administration prior to the event. This includes the preparation of delegate packs and badges.

Speaker Management

We can liaise with speakers with regard to their audio visual requirements, travel arrangements and hotel accommodation, and provide every assistance leading up to the event.

Exhibition Management

For events which involve exhibition space, we can act as a point of sale, coordinating and selling the available space.

On Site Management

You will have experienced personnel on hand to ensure the smooth running of the arrangements during the event. This includes delegate registration, ensuring the programme times are adhered to, and that a high standard of service and catering is provided by the venue.
