Venue Selection

We offer a free finding service throughout the UK, Europe and worldwide for any size or type of event, including:

  • Conferences and seminars
  • residential and non-residential.
  • One day events, multiple days or road shows.
  • Product Launches.
  • Exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Social events, including annual award dinners, dinner dances and corporate parties.

This free service is available for any number of delegates or guests, from an interview room for 2 up to major conventions in the 1000's. The procedure is very simple, you can telephone or e-mail your requirements to us, which can include the number ofattendees, format (seating style, timings, catering etc), an idea of budget if known, location (you can be as general or specific as you like, for example the Midlands, a particular town or city), and any other preference, such as a country house hotel, a venue with natural light etc. You will then receive an e-mailed venue report, usually giving a minimum of 3 venue options which meet your requirements, including websites, details of the meeting or function rooms and all itemised charges. You will generally receive all the information you need the same day, often within a few hours of your call or e-mail. Not only is this service free of charge, we guarantee you will pay no more than had you contacted the venues direct, and in our venue report you will see details of any discounts we have negotiated on your behalf.
